Booking & refund policy

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@yaseenhajj.com with a valid reason (for example a major medical condition supported by a hospital certificate). Refunds follow the schedule below, less any non-refundable airline or hotel charges already incurred.

• 90 or more days before departure — 30% refund
• 60 to 89 days before departure — 15% refund
• Under 30 days before departure — no refund

Visas

Yaseen Hajj & Umrah Tours is not responsible for a visa denial, including denials arising from an expired Green Card for non-citizens of the USA.

Prices and reservations

Packages and prices are subject to change without notice. A reservation is final only on our written confirmation. Costs may increase for conditions beyond our control, including government and airline policies and actions. Airline tickets and hotel reservations are non-refundable once issued. Inclusions are those printed on the package.
